We guarantee our placements, if a referred employee doesn’t work out(up until 30 days after the hire date), we will replace that candidate or refund the fee
Retained search - offers all the benefits of a contingent search, but with a retained search, we will drop everything else and exclusively work on your open position until it is filled
This is a great way to expand your HR department during the time you may need the extra help. But, when the search is completed, there is no further obligation to us.
